Should small kids learn music theory?

I think the small kids must  learn music theory, this is the best age of learning, If the kid has interest in music, he must certainly  learn music theory which would subsequently help him in becoming the much better singer or the instrument player. What will happen to music now that people can search for and listen to whatever they want?

Art never dies , it remains. No matter if the people can search for and listen to whatever they want, but there must always be a teacher in each filed, search and listening to music can never make you a good singer or instrument player, This certainly requires skills and techniques.  Therefore in my opinion the music has survived for ages and will survive for ever. Do I eventually learn music theory when producing music, or is it something I have to go out of my way to learn?

I feel that learning music theory before producing  music of your  own would be a better idea,  the production would be lot better if you do it technically according to the music theory.  All the producers affiliated with music industry know this well. How can the music theory help me when creating music?

Music theory plays vital role in creating music, in fact no music can be properly creased without knowing the music theory. Why do radio stations seem to always play the same songs day after day?

The radio stations mostly play the songs that are popular among people and for which they keep on getting requests.
